Joyce Strong teaches and ministers internationally through conferences and leadership seminars. Her books have been translated into many languages and distributed freely on four continents.
She speaks and writes about issues of life and leadership with honesty, relevance, and compassion. Her love for others flows from her personal walk with God and a deep understanding of what men and women face as they seek to follow Christ.

Since 1996, she has been speaking at international conferences and conducting leadership seminars in the U.S., Russia, Bermuda, Kenya, Uganda, England, Scotland and India.
A graduate of Houghton College, Joyce has 35 years of teaching and leadership experience in the ministry, including:
- Nearly seven years as Women's Ministries Director for New Life Church (Gahanna, OH), focusing on leadership development and spiritual growth
- Sixteen years as a teacher and administrator at the Teen Challenge Training Center (Rehrersburg, PA)
- Three years on staff at Loving Hands Ministries (Bradenton, FL)
- Three years as an instructor at Tidewater Bible College (Virginia Beach, VA)

In addition, Joyce has:
- Written and taught leadership courses for Moriah Institute of Christian Studies (Fayetteville, NC)
- Been a guest lecturer at Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA) and at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA)
- Been a speaker at many conferences, including W.O.V.E.N. International, Christian Coalition's Women Changing America, Charisma Women's Conference, National Conference of the Association of Church Business Administrators, and many women's conferences and retreats
- Written articles for such periodicals as SpiritLed Woman, Christian Educatior's Journal, Preacher's Magazine, Church Business, Mutuality, and Ministries Today
